Iowa Avenue members! Can you help me with a title for my new book??

Hi all,

Well, I'm in a bit of a pickle! I've been working on a fitness/lifestyle/nutrition book for "baby boomer" women for a few months now. Had a title all picked out and everything.........until I found someone else on the internet has recently launched a similarly entitled book (but with a different approach). Yikes.

So, I've decided to run a contest at my blog to have my readers dream up a title!
