Iowa Avenue

You guessed it- running, which is amazing, has become an active part of my weekly routine. The goals here are many:
- Run a marathon this year (before my 26th Birthday (Aug 21).
- Continue a natural progression in my running ( at 5 miles per run 3x a week).
- Strengthen and enhance my overall fitness.


There's a short preview for now. Lastly, today I ran, according to iTunes Nike Sports Kit- 5.38 (something like that) miles. The most I've done about six years. I beginning to hunger for it more and more. My body feels great, my breathing is flawless and I'm sleeping well at night. Not that I've ever had major problems in these areas before, I'm simply noting how better I feel in light of my running.

Because of this activities and school involvement, it's hard to remain still for to long. There's plenty do attend to. Since running, I've noticed how clearer my thinking is, and my mind and memory is sharper than those times whenever I don't get outdoors, hit the gym, run and so on.

This is something I've seen in my life over the years, especially during my undergrad years. Well, off to bed I go! :) Cheers,
