Having had years of experience in starting the new year on the right foot, healthwise, I know that I must monitor my progress every day. If one day goes by that I have not kept an eye on what I eat, weigh, or how much I exercise, I am doomed to fail.
When I keep it simple with a small notebook or chart, I have the greatest success. So my healthy lifestyle resolution for this year is:
Monitor my healthy lifestyle progress every day, but keep it simple as I move forward throughout the year.
With my goals established, my tools at hand, and my determination stronger than ever, 2009 is mine!
