With Twilight: Eclipse coming out on June 30th, it is time once again to examine the developments in the physique of our buddy Taylor Lautner, and to figure out how he puts on muscle mass so quickly.

This time around he is rumored to have added an additional 10 lbs of muscle. Judging by some of the pictures I’ve seen so far, I would believe he gained an additional 5-10 lb of muscle, although by this time I would expect him to have hit a plateau of some sort. Some how he continues to make progress.

To gain an additional 10 lbs of muscle and maintain the bulk, Taylor still has to eat and train with intensity each and every day. He stays ripped, sporting 8-pack abs, yet eats thousands of calories every day just to maintain his current muscle mass. So how does he do it?

Taylor continues to praise the benefits used in Werewolf Training, including the following principles:

* constantly varying exercises
* constantly varying the number of reps and sets
* an upper/lower body split
* training with bands
* taking every 3rd day off
* eating to grow
* minimizing cardio

You can check out Project Swole for a handful of articles about Taylor Lautner and his Twilight Workouts. Learn how to gain muscle like Taylor did in Werewolf Training for Muscle Gains, then prioritize strength for a while with Werewolf Training for Strength Gains.

So, what is the Taylor Lautner Eclipse workout? For Eclipse, Taylor again may have used a routine very similar to the Werewolf Training programs, or he may have switched to a new routine. I’ll keep my eyes and ears open for any new Taylor workout info related to Twilight Eclipse.

Are you going to see The Twilight Saga: Eclipse in theaters, before it goes to DVD?
