So you say you want to lose weight. Most people really want to lose unwanted fat. There is a difference. Fat is the culprit that causes a lot of unwanted diseases along with just making you look undesireable. So below I will give you the answer. But first I must say, when I was 40 I weighed close to 200 pounds. I got tired of being fat. Now I was exercising, but to no avail I was still fat. So then I got a clue. I recognized that maybe it was not the exercising that was causing the problem, but maybe the food I was eating.

Ah Ha, that was it. It was the food I was eating. So I engaged a diet regimen that allowed me to eat frequently throughout the day and still lose weight. So now I was on my way to losing fat every single day I got on the scale, I was .25 to1 pound lighter. Life was good and in all I lost over 45 pounds in about 12 weeks and then I hit the weights and built sleek, sexy muscle.

So last year when I turned 50 I overcame colorectal cancer and all the treatments. Funny things was I actually gained weight throughout my radiation and chemo treatments. That's something I will have to research. I mean I am not unset, in fact I needed the weight last year. Now this year is a different story.

So opening up this year I came in at a whooping 209. Man I did not weight that much when I was pregnant. So from January 09 til April 23rd I had lost 14 pounds, but it would flucuate. And that aint good. Then I remembered. What was that I used back when I was 40? Eureka, I will do that again.

So on April 24, me and Cecil started on Weightwatchers online. So Friday He weighed in at 240 and I weighed in at 195. In just five days not including today, he is at 232 and I am at 188. So he is down 8 pounds and I am down 7 pounds. So I will give the new tallies on Friday. Man I look forward to getting on the scale and want to eat because I know I am losing fat. Now on Friday we do plan to hit the gym but first we wanted to get stabalized with the new eating regimen before we added something else to the mix.

So the Easy Way To Lose Fat is by putting some architecture to your eating reginmen. A lot of people eat unconsciously, eat more than a recommended portion, eat late at night, skip meals, in short do everything to actually gain weight.
