In order to fell good and function at your treadmill sprintspeak you need to maintain high cardiovascular fitness levels throughout the year, regardless of the pitfalls of bad weather and other headaches. If this is your story, then incline treadmill workouts might be an important option for you.

Incline training offers many benefits that you are probably not aware of.

For one, incline training simulates running hills, which burns off a tremendous amount of calories, and you don't even have to train outside and deal with bad weather. Additionally, incline training can cure your boredom rut. If you despise cardio training indoors, you can use incline training to your benefit by making the workout session more fun and more challenging.
