Iowa Avenue

Hey Folks

Sorry, I know... it's been some time since my last post or even interaction here. A lot is going on people. I writing at Simply Blog and Thou Shall Blog and in my second semester of graduate school. :)

I've been active but no as much in the gym- I've been running a lot. The aim is to run 26 miles before my next B-day (Aug 21). I started running before the new year.

I've kept with it and am now at 5 miles about 3 times per week. I'll share more details later. How is everyone doing?

aww, thanks. No worries, I understand- we're all busy and trying to be productive. Yeah, I'll only be at 5 miles for a short time. I'm eying 6! :) How are you doing Diana?

Hey Friends, yesterday I ran about 5.86 miles according to my device. My longest run since 02- ran 10 miles. I'll rest at least 48hrs or 72hrs if needed. The next run will be a 6 miler. :) Cheers! Hope your fitness goals and living is coming along well. :)
