Cleansing eliminates impacted debris from your intestines, helps your body process food more efficiently, supports your liver's efforts to regulate fat metabolism and improves your body's natural abilities to burn fat.*

That's the introduction for Waiora's waifit cleanse product line.

I've heard a lot about cleansing and detox, and the importance of both, not just in weight loss but in overall health. The story goes... a sluggish intestinal tract doesn't process foods properly... is not efficient at absorbing nutrients, or eliminating waste. An intestinal cleanse is a necessary part of health and weight loss.

I like waiora's waifit cleanse products. They are a non-fasting cleanse that consists of a cleanse capsule (7 days worth), a superior fiber blend (15 days) and a cleanse tea (4 days) plus instructions of course.

The idea is to do a cleanse to promote intestinal health, and kick start your weight management program. I was quite happy with the waifit cleanse. It was easy to do, didn't leave me staying too close to the bathroom, but I felt quite emptied out at the end of the week. Comfortable and effective.

Has anyone else tried a cleanse? What has your experience been?

Cheers,
Shelley
