I then took my own experience training to gain muscle, personally training others to gain muscle, and combined it with some of Taylor Lautner's PT's philosophies on gaining muscle to create a workout routine customized specifically for gaining muscle. It is an 18 day routine that can be extended to 21 days by adding an extra day of rest each week.
