WWW – At the Top of the Mountainside

Finally, Tuesday was a sunny day without a rain cloud in sight, so I decided to take full advantage and go for an impromptu hike. It’s been unseasonably cold and rainy this past month and then some by Southern California standards.

The views from the pinnacle of the Temescal Canyon Trail were spectacular:

Since New Year’s, this month has turned out quite hectic for me—work, family, health. Hopefully I’ve been able to slay these beasts at least for now, and get back to my regular routine—with walking, stretching, muscle toning, and better nutrition as part of that because

After all, it’s about a healthy lifestyle!

Comment by Carole Pagan on February 18, 2009 at 10:51pm: Wow, those are some nice views. Tuesday was nice here in northern Illinois too. I took hyper-dog on the 2 mile walk. And since the snow was melted, we've been up and down the hill a few times a day.

Now it snowed and we're bak in the deep freeze, sigh...
