WWW - Graffiti Art
Yesterday, I found the Venice Graffiti Walls. I took the bus and biked to the beach, and then walked in area of the Walls. It was a beautiful day, with a bit of a cool breeze coming off the ocean.

What are you doing?
I totally agree with you Barbara! Fage is delicious! I use it for curries, dressings, or by itself. Greek yogurt is much better than regular :)
SPlenda and Equal and artificial sweeteners are a big NO in my world. I know two holistic nutritional biochemists and both tell me "no way." Raw honey and agave seem to be okay to use in moderation.
Nasty taste? Wow..have you tried Fage? I try to avoid ALL dairy, but every now and then allow myself a dollop of Greek Fage yogurt. I love it. It tastes like rich creamy sour cream.
