What is your current exercise routine?
Bike to work, 5.11 miles each way. Off days occasionally bike to San Francisco (42 miles one way), have biked to Oakland, Gilroy, Santa Cruz, and Half Moon Bay.
What diets have you tried?
Feingold diet as child to control hyperactivity.
