Made in Spain by Andres Jose, a Spanish chef who brought the small plates to America (Tapas). His recipes are not all vegetarian but I can always get the best ones from him or make them vegetarian with the meat substitutes from the market.

What is your current exercise routine?

Walking and some abs with AB Lounge.

Have my own business

I do not have any in particular but enjoy reading Ancient History books
