What Keeps You Motivated?

For those of you who have been living a healthy lifestyle for a long period of time, how do you stay motivated? I myself worked really hard to drop about 26 pounds the first 6 months of last year. Then life happened (my family relocated to another city due to a job transfer) and I went back to my old eating habits for the next 6 months.
