Run a Half-Marathon. Improve my eating habits by applying healthy nutritional principles to my lifestyle.

3 days of Running, at least 2 days strength training, and add a Yoga or Pilates Class to the week.

Thank you. I don't know how I do it half the time, but it's wonderful to make the time to workout. I have more energy now and enjoy the breaks!
